摘　　要：目的探讨特定电磁波(TDP)治疗仪治疗儿童腰椎穿刺术后腰痛的临床疗效。方法选择1 116例行腰椎穿刺术后出现腰痛的患儿108例,随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=60),对照组采取去枕平卧4 h,健康宣教平卧期间注意事项,同时给予暗示及转移注意力心理护理等常规措施,腰痛剧烈患儿遵医嘱给予止痛药物口服;观察组在常规措施的基础上应用TDP治疗器进行干预。结果对照组与观察组在轻-中度疼痛中治愈时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在重度疼痛治愈时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患儿腰痛疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用TDP治疗器照射治疗儿童腰椎穿刺后腰痛疗效显著,能尽快缓解患儿腰痛症状,及早减轻患儿痛苦和家长焦虑,可在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus(TDP)on lower back pain of children after lumbar pucture.To observe the clinical efficacy of TDP Therapeutic apparatus treatment on Child lumbar puncture pain.Methods A total of 108 children patients with lower back pain out of 1,116 children who underwent lumbar puncture in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=60).The patients in control group were kept in a supine position without a headrest for 4h,based on health education,patients should be cautious in a supine postion,and routine psychological nursing intervention was given including giving hints and distracting attention.The patients with severe low back pain were treated by oral analgesics.By contrast,the patients in observation group were treated by TDP therapeutic apparatus based on routine measures.Results There was no significant difference in cure time in cases of mild and moderate pain between control group and observation group(P>0.05),whereas there was a significant difference in cure time in case of severe pain between two groups(P<0.05).Moreover,there were significant differences in therapeutic effects between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion TDP therapeutic apparatus is effective in treatment of lower back pain of children after lumbar puncture,which can relieve the symptoms of low back pain as soon as possible,and reduce the pain of patients and anxiety of their parents.Therefor,TDP therapeutic apparatus is worthy of application and populirization in clinical practice.
