个性化护理在糖尿病护理管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究个性化护理模式在2型糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果,探索改善糖尿病护理管理效果的新途径。方法将住院的496例2型糖尿病随机分为观察组和对照组,每组248例,对照组给予传统护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予个性化护理,观察2组患者入院时、出院时血糖控制情况;调查出院时患者对病情的认识情况、心理健康情况以及护理服务满意度情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血糖达标率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时观察组以上指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的患者对病情认识情况和心理健康情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院后的总满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论个性化护理模式能够有效替代传统的单一护理方法,改善糖尿病患者血糖控制情况,尤其是出院后患者自身对血糖的控制。Objective To investigate the application effects of individuated nursing in type 2 diabetes mellitus nursing management,and to explore new ways to improve the effects of diabetes nursing management.Methods A total of 496 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=248)and control group(n=248).The patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing mode,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by individuated nursing.The controlling situation of blood glucose on admission and at the time of discharging from hospital were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover the cognition of pathogenetic condition,psychological health condition and the satisfaction degree of nursing service were investigated at the time of diacharging from hospital.Results There were no significantly differences in fasting blood-glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,rate of reaching the standard of blood glucose in observation group(P>0.05).At the time of discharging from hospital,the indexes mentioned above in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05),moreover the cognition status of pathogenetic condition and psychological health condition in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the total satisfaction degree of nursing service in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individuated nursing mode can effectively replace the traditional simple nursing method,which can improve the status of blood glucose controlling in patients with diabetes mellitus,especially for the blood glucose controlling of patients themselves after discharging from hospital.
