摘 要:试验以甘蓝型高角粒油菜S170,Y1和H6为材料,在3份材料角果成熟期分别对14个不同部位的每角粒数进行测量和比较分析。结果表明,3个材料间平均每角粒数存在显著差异,S170的超高每角粒数性状对创制高生产力油菜品种提供了一个新的研究方向;3个材料一次分枝平均每角粒数高于二次分枝,提高一次有效分枝数可有效增加单株角粒数;3个材料主序每角粒数分布涵盖了植株的整体角粒数分布情况,在对3个材料进行角粒数研究的过程中,可主要选取主序上不同部位的角果进行分析。In this study,S170,a inbred line of rape with high number of seeds per silique(NSS)and Y1 and H6,two rape cultivars with normal NSS were used to as research materials.The NSS obtained from 14 different parts of each materials were analyzed during mature period of seeds.The results indicated that there was a significant difference among the NSS of three materials and the NSS of primary branch were higher than that of secondary branch in all materials which suggests that increasing the number of primary branch can effectively improve the traits of number of siliques per plant.The distribution of main-inflorescence-NSS covered all the NSS range of entire plant in all three materials,which suggest that we can choose different part siliques of the main inflorescence instead of obtaining siliques of entire plant in further NSS analysis.Finally,S170,the extra high NSS germplasm can effectively facilitate the breeding of high-yield variety in Brassica napus.
