摘 要:为验证与评价2种抗旱剂在小麦上的抗旱与增产作用,试验研究了在播期干旱胁迫下,2种抗旱剂拌种对小麦田间出苗率、幼苗生理、产量以及水分利用率的影响。结果表明,2种抗旱剂拌种均有显著提高田间出苗率、穗数、穗粒数、产量以及水分利用率的功能;播后10 d,Kh-1拌种和Kh-13拌种出苗率分别比对照极显著提高40.7%和40.0%;Kh-1和Kh-13穗数比对照分别极显著提高32.27%和30.8%,穗粒数分别比对照显著提高17.70%和19.22%,产量分别比对照极显著提高59.11%和56.06%;水分利用率均比对照极显著提高了60.81%;Kh-1和Kh-13拌种处理相对电导率、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素荧光参数(Fv/Fm)3个指标均显著增强。因此,Kh-1和Kh-13拌种能显著增强小麦抗旱能力,提高旱地小麦产量和水分利用效率。To verify and evaluate the effects of two drought-resistance agents on the drought resistance and yield increase in wheat,the experiment was conducted to study the effects of drought-resistant agents on seedling emergence rates,seedling physiology,yield and water use efficiency under drought stress condition during wheat sowing period.The results showed that the two drought-resistant agents accelerated the rate of seedling emergence,and increased spikes,kernels,yield and water use efficiency significantly.Compared with CK,the drought-resistant agents of Kh-1and Kh-13 significantly increased seedling emergence rates by 40.7%and 40.0%after sowing 10 days,respectively.Kh-1 and Kh-13 significantly increased the spikes by 32.27%and 30.8%,respectively,the kernels increased by 17.70%and 19.22%,respectively,yield increased by 59.11%and 56.06%,respectively.The water use efficiency increased by 60.81%,compared with CK,respectively.The three indexes of relative electrical conductivity,leaf relative water content and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm)were significantly increased through seed dressing Kh-1 and Kh-13.Therefore,Kh-1 and Kh-13 could strengthen drought-resistance,and improve wheat yield and water use efficiency in dryland.
