摘　　要：为了研制一种安全有效的针对奶牛乳腺炎的中药注射剂,从奶牛乳腺炎病原体出发,按照中医理论,结合奶牛的生理特点,设计出一组安全有效的中药处方,采用现代的加水回流提取方法和提取物重量法优选技术,利用硅藻土处理提取液的工艺,制成符合兽药典标准的产品——乳疾康注射液。说明采用混合饮片提取药材及硅藻土处理提取液的方法合理可行。To develop a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine injection for dairy cow mastitis,according to the theory of Chinese medicine and the physiological characteristics of dairy cows,a set of safe and effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine is designed.Using the modern water reflux extraction method and the extract weight method,the process of treating the extract by diatomite is made to produce the product-RUJIKANG injection.Approved products is finally obtained,with meeting the PRC veterinary pharmacopoeia quality standard was made.The methords that extraction of mixed herbs materials and diatomite treatment extraction solution is reasonable and feasible.
