精准扶贫战略下山西科技扶贫工作的实践与对策

摘　　要：十八大以来,党中央高度重视扶贫工作,并提出精准扶贫、精准脱贫的重要战略,这为打赢脱贫攻坚战奠定了理论基础。首先,介绍了山西一些贫困地区落后的重要原因;其次,引出山西扶贫工作的重点就是科技扶贫;最后,笔者通过分析山西目前贫困地区的科技状况和科技扶贫状况,有针对性地提出了4条建议:发挥科技在扶贫工作中的支撑作用;加快科技成果在贫困地区应用推广;继续开展好教育培训,强化智力扶贫;完善科技服务功能,培育经营主体。这可为山西精准扶贫提供借鉴。Since the 18th National Congress,the CPC central committee has attached great importance to poverty alleviation work,put forward an important strategy for precise poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation.This laid the theoretical foundation for winning the fight against poverty.The article first introduces the important reasons for the backwardness of some poverty-stricken areas in Shanxi.Secondly,the focus of Shanxi's poverty alleviation work is science and technology poverty alleviation.Finally,through the analysis of the current state of science and technology in poverty-stricken areas in Shanxi and the state of science and technology poverty alleviation,four important countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,such as developing to support role of science and technology in the work of poverty alleviation,accelerating the application of scientific and technological achievements in poor areas,continuing to carry out good education and training,strengthen intellectual poverty alleviation,improving the service function of science and technology and cultivating the main body of management.It provides a reference for Shanxi's precision poverty alleviation.
