摘　　要：创新驱动开创了电力企业发展的新篇章。近年来随着国内外经济形势的不断变化和行业竞争的日益激烈,华电重工股份有限公司(以下简称"华电重工")亟待寻求进一步的可持续发展。本文结合电力企业的发展现状,借助SWOT分析法剖析了华电重工的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,对华电重工的发展战略及实施措施进行了研究,以期探讨如何塑造适合我国电力企业发展的经营管理战略规划。Innovation driven has opened a new chapter in the development of electric power enterprises.In recent years,with the continuous change of domestic and foreign economic situation and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,Huadian Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Huadian Heavy In.dustries")urgently needs to seek further sustainable development.This paper analyzed the advantages,disadvan.tages,opportunities and challenges of Huadian Heavy Industries with the help of SWOT analysis,combined with the current development situation of the electric power enterprises,and studied the development strategy and im.plementation measures of Huadian Heavy Industry,in order to explore how to shape the management strategy planning suitable for the development of electric power enterprises in China.
