摘  要:提出了一种用于相对论磁控管(RM)中轴向输出线极化TE_(11)同轴波导模式的新型输出结构。该器件采用10谐振腔结构并工作在π模式上,通过合理设计谐振腔结构与输出同轴波导之间的微波提取结构,模拟实现了线极化TE_(11)同轴波导模式的微波输出。与传统全腔提取结构相比,该新型输出结构,不仅能更容易地实现线极化TE_(11)同轴波导模式的微波输出,而且在此基础上能更容易地实现更高频段RM的设计。粒子模拟结果表明:当电压为220kV,磁场为0.4T时,该器件的工作频率为4.38GHz,输出功率为208 MW,功率转换效率达到46.6%。An axial output structure with linearly polarized TE 11 coaxial waveguide mode for relativistic magnetron is proposed.In the device a ten-cavity magnetron is adopted and it operates atπmode.By a reasonable design for the axial output structure between the structure of resonant cavities and the coaxial waveguide,a linearly polarized TE 11 coaxial waveguide mode can be obtained in simulations.Compared with the all cavity-magnetron axial extraction technique,the novel axial output structure not only can obtain a linearly polarized TE 11 coaxial waveguide mode more easily,but also can realize magnetron design for higher frequency more easily.Simulation results show that when the applied voltage is 220 kV and the applied magnetic field is 0.4 T,the device can obtain the output microwave power of 208 MW,at the frequency of 4.38 GHz,corresponding to the power conversion efficiency of 46.6%.
