摘 要:主要讨论当运输平台的行进速度较小时,即在不可压缩流条件下,冲压过滤装置的取样流量。从机械能守恒原理和过滤装置的压阻与空气流速的关系出发,推导了冲压过滤装置取样流量的计算公式。对过滤装置压阻和流速关系进行了实验测试,并对该装置取样流量进行了风洞测试。结果表明:计算得到的取样流量与风洞实测结果在10%范围内符合。最后讨论了运输平台行进速度和取样高度对取样流量的影响。This paper mainly discusses the sampling flow rate of the filter when the traveling speed of the vehicles platform is low,i.e.under the incompressible condition.Based on the conservation of mechanical energy and the relationship between the pressure and the flow velocity of the filter,a formula for calculating the sampling flow rate is derived.Then,the relationship of the pressure of the filter and the air velocity is tested by experiment and in wind tunnel,respectively.The results show that the calculated sampling flow rates are in agreement with the wind tunnel test ones within 10%.Finally,the effect of the sampling height and the speed of the vehicles on the sampling flow rate is also discussed.
