盐酸右美托咪定应用于无痛人流术麻醉的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸右美托咪定应用于无痛人流术麻醉的临床效果。方法选取2018年1—6月我院收治的无痛人流患者90例,随机将其分为对照组和研究组各45例,对照组采取生理盐水3 ml+2%的丙泊酚15 ml+阿托品3 ml(0.25 mg);研究组采取盐酸右美托咪定3 ml(6μg)+2%丙泊酚15 ml+阿托品3 ml(0.25 mg)静脉注射。经过两组手术麻醉后,对比两组麻醉效果以及两组患者麻醉前后血压心率变化。结果研究组麻醉效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸右美托咪定对于手术麻醉起到了一定的效果,在无痛人流手术中具有较高的可行性和安全性,可以减轻术后丙泊酚的疼痛,降低了手术过程中的风险。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in anesthesia for painless induced abortion.Methods 90 cases of painless induced abortion in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into 45 cases of the control group and 45 cases of the study group.The control group was given 3 ml+2%of propofol,15 ml+atropine 3 ml(0.25 mg).The study group was given dexmedetomidine hydrochloride 3 ml(6μg)+2%propofol 15 ml+atropine 3 ml(0.25 mg)intravenous injection.After anesthesia,The anesthetic effect of the two groups and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate before and after anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results The anesthetic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride has a certain effect on operation anesthesia.It has high feasibility and safety in painless abortion operation.It can reduce the pain of postoperative propofol and reduce the risk of operation.
