摘　　要：目的分析复方利多卡因乳膏用于儿童腰椎穿刺的止痛效果。方法选取2016年7—12月行腰椎穿刺的门诊和住院患儿200例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各100例,研究组应用复方利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉40 min后进行腰椎穿刺,对照组应用2%利多卡因注射液局部浸润麻醉后进行腰椎穿刺。采用Wong-Baker面部表情分级量表进行疼痛评分,对比两组患儿的疼痛程度评分、穿刺成功率、穿刺后不适感发生率。结果研究组100例患儿疼痛评分为(3.84±1.55)分,低于对照组(7.86±1.64)分,P<0.05;两组患儿穿刺成功率对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;两组患儿穿刺后不适感发生率差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论应用复方利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉后进行儿童腰椎穿刺,止痛效果较好,操作安全简便。Objective To analyze compound lidocaine cream for the analgesic effect of lumbar puncture in children.Methods 200 outpatients and hospitalized children who underwent lumbar puncture from July to December 2016 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Compound Lidocaine Cream surface anesthesia for 40 min after lumbar puncture.The control group was treated with 2%lidocaine injection after local infiltration anesthesia.Wong-Baker facial expression rating scale was used for pain score.The pain score,the success rate of puncture and the incidence of discomfort after puncture were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of 100 children in the study group was(3.84±1.55),lower than that in the control group(7.86±1.64),P<0.05;There was no significant difference in the success rate of puncture between the two groups,P>0.05;The incidence of discomfort after puncture in the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of Compound Lidocaine Cream surface anesthesia for children's lumbar puncture is effective and safe.
