胶原蛋白贴敷料在皮肤美容中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究胶原蛋白贴敷料在皮肤美容中的应用效果,并且评价其在临床上的应用价值。方法选取2017年1—12月我院接受治疗的各种痤疮患者以及微镜磨疤机、光子、激光治疗患者68例,将其随机分成两组,研究组34例,对照组34例。对照组患者使用普通的皮肤药物涂抹,研究组患者使用胶原蛋白贴敷料进行治疗,疗程为6周。结果从治疗效果方面看,研究组患者在治疗6周后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组对胶原蛋白敷料的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胶原蛋白贴敷料可以加快色素斑的消退时间,减少红斑的消退时间,皮肤损伤的患者可以在短时间内较快的恢复,还有止痛的功效,患者对该产品具有良好的依从性。Objective To explore the application effect of collagen dressing in skin cosmetology and evaluate its clinical application value.Methods From January to December 2017,68 cases of acne patients treated with micromirror scarring machine,photon and laser treatment were selected,they were divided into two groups at random,34 cases in study group,34 cases in control group.Patients in the control group were treated with ordinary skin drug application,and patients in the study group were treated with collagen paste dressing for 6 weeks.Results From the aspect of treatment effect,the total effective rate of the study group after treatment for 6 weeks was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group to collagen dressing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collagen dressing can speed up the adoption time,reduces the cast time of erythema receded,skin lesions of patients to recover quickly in a short time,and the effect of analgesia,patients with good adherence to this product.
