老年性贫血24例住院患者临床分析

摘　　要：目的对老年性贫血住院患者的临床资料进行分析,探讨其临床特点。方法选取老年性贫血患者24例,其均住院接受治疗,所选时间为2016年1月1日—2017年12月31日,对其临床资料进行分析。结果 6例为巨幼细胞贫血,8例为缺铁性贫血,3例为再生障碍性贫血,3例为白血病,2例为慢性病贫血,1例为溶血性贫血,1例诊断未明确;19例患者的首诊症状为耳鸣、乏力、头晕,5例患者的首诊症状为精神症状、下肢水肿、心功能不全、心绞痛等心血管、神经系统症状;合并症主要为老年痴呆、肝肾功能损害、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病、冠心病、高血压等。结论老年性贫血患者,其病因、病情多复杂,多数伴有合并症的情况,疾病症状不典型,临床应加强的诊断,避免出现误诊或漏诊的情况。Objective To analyze the clinical data of the hospitalized patients with senile anemia and to discuss the characteristics of the patients.Methods 24 elderly patients with anemia were selected and hospitalized.The selected time was January 1,2016 to December 31 2017,and their clinical data were analyzed.Results 6 cases of megaloblastic anemia,8 cases of iron deficiency anemia,3 cases of aplastic anemia,3 cases of leukemia,2 cases of anemia of chronic disease,1 cases of hemolytic anemia,1 cases of diagnosis is not clear;the first symptom of 19 cases of patients with tinnitus,fatigue,dizziness,head symptoms of 5 patients with psychiatric symptoms,lower extremity edema,cardiac insufficiency,angina and other cardiovascular and neurological symptoms;the main complication for Alzheimer's disease,liver and kidney dysfunction,chronic bronchitis,diabetes,coronary heart disease,hypertension etc.Conclusion In elderly patients with anemia,their etiology and condition are more complex.Most of them are accompanied by complications.The symptoms are atypical.We should strengthen the diagnosis in clinic,so as to avoid misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.
