全肩关节镜与小切口治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对肩袖损伤采取全肩关节镜治疗的临床疗效进行分析评价。方法本次采取随机数字表法,将我院在2016年1月—2017年12月收治的68例肩袖损伤患者分为两组,每组34例;其中,对照组采取小切口手术治疗,观察组采取全肩关节镜手术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果在肩部前屈活动度、肩部外旋活动度上,观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);在VAS评分上,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肩袖损伤患者采取全肩关节镜治疗的效果要明显优于小切口手术,可改善患者的肩部关节功能,进一步提高生活质量;因此,可作为首选手术方法。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of shoulder arthroscopy for rotator cuff injury.Methods 68 cases of rotator cuff injury treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into two groups,with an average of 34 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with small incision,and the observation group was treated with full shoulder arthroscopy,and the effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the shoulder flexion activity and the external rotation of the shoulder,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05)on the VAS score.Conclusion The effect of shoulder arthroscopy in the patients with rotator cuff injury is obviously better than that of small incision,which can improve the function of the shoulder joint and improve the quality of life.Therefore,it can be used as the first choice.
