摘 要:目的探讨硫辛酸联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的可行性及对氧化应激的影响。方法选择2013年9月—2018年1月的270例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,在糖尿病常规治疗的基础上,根据不同的治疗方法分组。对照组给予单一缬沙坦治疗,观察组则给予缬沙坦联合硫辛酸治疗。比较两组早期糖尿病肾病控制率;血糖达标时间;治疗前后患者24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率、hs-CRP、SOD。结果观察组早期糖尿病肾病控制率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率、hs-CRP、SOD相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组24 h尿微量清蛋白排泄率、hs-CRP、SOD优于对照组,P<0.05。结论缬沙坦联合硫辛酸治疗早期糖尿病肾病的应用效果确切,可有效改善肾功能和减轻机体氧化应激。Objective To investigate the feasibility of lipoic acid combined with valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and its effect on oxidative stress.Methods A total of 270 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from September 2013 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Based on the routine treatment of diabetes,they were grouped according to different treatment methods.The control group was given a single valsartan treatment,and the observation group was given valsartan combined with lipoic acid treatment.The control rate of early diabetic nephropathy in two groups was compared;blood glucose reached the standard time;urinary microalbumin excretion rate,hs-CRP,and SOD were measured before and after treatment.Results The rate of early diabetic nephropathy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The time for achieving blood glucose in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.The urinary microalbumin excretion rate,hs-CRP,and SOD were similar between the two groups at 24 hours before treatment,P>0.05;24 h after treatment,urinary microalbumin excretion rate,hs-CRP,SOD in the observation group was superior to the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Valsartan combined with lipoic acid is effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.It can effectively improve renal function and reduce the body's oxidative stress.
