摘　　要：SPECT/CT的检查床是在核医学常规的检查过程中所必备的一种设备,其承担着对患者影像采集工作任务,同时完成对甲状腺扫描、骨扫描与肿瘤的葡萄糖代谢显像等检查任务,核医学进行常规的检查中,SPECT/CT的检查床为核医学科的正常工作以及图像的质量提供重要保障。本文分析了SPECT/CT检查床在临床常规应用中常见的故障开机报错148、开机自检报错167(AXIS=LINEAR)以及开机自检报错167(AXIS=HEIGHT)三种故障进行描述,并分析应对各种故障所采用的解决措施,为SPECT/CT的检查床故障的维修提供一定的参考思路与方法。The SPECT/CT examination bed is an equipment necessary for the routine examination of nuclear medicine.It undertakes the task of routinely collecting patient images,and completes tasks such as thyroid scanning,bone scanning,and glucose metabolism imaging of tumors.The bed of SPECT/CT provides an important guarantee for the normal work of nuclear medicine and image quality.This article analyzes the three faults of faulty boot error 148,power-on self-inspection report 167(AXIS=LINEAR),and power-on self-test error 167(AXIS=HEIGHT),which are commonly used in the routine clinical application of SPECT/CT,and the solutions to various failures were analyzed,to provide certain reference ideas and methods for the maintenance of the SPECT/CT examination bed.
