腰痛中医护理方案临床应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理方案在腰痛患者治疗和护理中的普适性和实效性。方法选取住院治疗的腰痛患者86例,按中医护理方案要求进行护理和健康指导。结果除中药熏药和中药足浴依从性及护理满意度较差外,其余6种(中药离子导入、三色散贴敷、耳穴埋豆、穴位贴敷、艾灸、腰椎牵引)中医护理技术均具备较高的依从性和满意度。针对腰痛患者腰腿疼痛、活动受限、肢体麻木及夜寐不宁症状实施中医护理,能够较好的改善患者症状,促进患者康复。结论中医护理方案在腰痛患者中应用,充分发挥了中医护理的特色和优势,可以促进中医护理技术的发展。Objective To evaluate the universality and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing plan for patients with low back pain.Methods Totally 86 hospitalized patients with low back pain were recruited as the research subjects.The nursing care and health education were carried out according to the TCM nursing plan.Results There was a High level of patients’compliance and satisfaction to the TCM nursing techniques including iontophoresis with Chinese herbs,acupoint sticking therapy,auricular point sticking,moxibustion and lumbar traction.Patients with low back pain,limitation of motion,leg numbness and insomnia benefited from TCM nursing plan.Conclusion The TCM nursing plan exerts a predominant influence on improving the clinical symptoms of low back pain,and promotes the development of TCM.
