摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴贴压护理干预对结肠镜检查患者肠道准备清洁效果的影响。方法 90例行电子结肠镜检查治疗患者分为常规组(n=44)及干预组(n=46)。常规组患者肠镜检查前服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,干预组患者在常规组基础上,于肠镜检查前1 d耳穴贴压,并教会患者和/或家属按压的方法。观察2组肠道准备清洁情况及肠道准备不良反应。结果干预组Boston肠道准备量表(BBPS)不同结肠段评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组肛周不适及恶心呕吐的发生率分别为21.74%和10.87%低于常规组的52.27%和27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结肠镜前肠道准备中,采取耳穴贴压的护理干预措施能提高结肠镜肠道准备清洁效果,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on auricular acupoint pressureon bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods Totally 90 patients undergoing colonoscopy were assigned to the routine group(n=44)and the intervention group(n=46).Patients of both two groups received polyethylene glycol electrolyte oral solution,and those in the intervention group were given auricular acupoint pressure and related health education at 1 day before colonoscopy.The efficacy of bowel preparationand adverse reactions were observed.Results The score of Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)was higher in the intervention group than that of routine group(P<0.05).There were fewer patients withperianal discomfort(21.74%vs.52.27%,P<0.05)and nausea/vomiting(10.87%vs.27.27%,P<0.05)in the intervention group than those of controls.Conclusion The nursing intervention based on auricular acupoint pressure can improve the efficacy of bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
