摘　　要：肠造瘘术是小儿各种消化道畸形和严重消化道梗阻及感染时的处理手段,但小儿由于肠道机制发育不完善,皮肤组织娇嫩,配合度差等原因,常造成肠管脱出、皮肤损伤等不良现象。因此采取合理的护理,稳定肠管,减少排泄物对皮肤的刺激是护理的重要内容之一。本研究主要介绍一款用于预防小儿肠造瘘术后肠管脱出的装置。An enterostomy is an operation in which the surgeon makes a passage into the patient's small intestine through the abdomen with an opening to allow for drainage or to insert a tube for feeding.It is a common surgery for gastrointestinal tract anomalies,severe digestive tract obstruction and infection in children.The intestinal tube dislocation and skin injury are common complications of enterostomy as the insufficiency intestinal development,vulnerable skin tissue and poor compliance in children.It is required to carry high-quality nursing to stabilize the intestinal tube and reduce the damage of excreta.This paper introduced the design and application of device to prevent intestinal tube dislocation after enterostomy in children.
