临床实践需要遵守的诊疗规范——写给即将进入临床实习的医学生

摘　　要：临床实践我们首先遵守国家制定的有关法律法规、卫生行政部门规定的有关诊疗行为规章、制度和文件。其次我们需要遵守的是教科书,各级医学会制定的临床诊治指南,权威著作、论文和专家共识等。由于医学的复杂性,不确定性,在不断地探索发展中,我们的临床医生在长期的实践中总结出来的许多基本规律值得我们去按其要求进行诊治。本文拟从医学法律法规要求出发,结合临床实践的经验,探讨我们需要遵守的诊疗规范的基本原则。In clinical practice,hospitals should pay attention to the following points.First of all,observe the relevant laws and regulations;Secondly,demand obedience the relevant rules and regulations for diagnosis and treatment by the department of hygiene and administration,including the institution and document;Thirdly,comply with the coursebook and handbook for clinical diagnosis and treatment by the medical associations,as well as the authoritative works,papers and expert consensus.As a result of the complexity and uncertainty of medicine,many basic rules that clinicians summarized in their long-term practice,which is deserves to be treated as required.In this paper,the author intends to discuss the basic principles of medical practice which should be observed the requirements of medical laws and regulations and combined the experience of clinical practice.
