摘 要:气隙式膜蒸馏具有热效率高和技术适应性强等优势,但其特有的气隙层也会使得传质阻力增加,导致过程膜通量较低.真空膜蒸馏则由于渗透侧为负压环境而具有较大的膜通量.结合聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)平板膜和改性后的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维换热管的性能特点设计出一种新型卷式气隙式膜蒸馏(SW-AGMD)组件,并在料液的渗透侧引入负压环境,以质量分数3.5%,的氯化钠溶液为研究对象,系统考察了膜组件参数和实验操作条件对膜组件脱盐产水性能的影响.实验结果表明:提高膜孔径可有效提高膜通量和造水比;组件有效长度增加,膜通量减小而造水比增加;进料流量、热料液和冷料液进料温度的改变对组件膜通量和造水比的影响显著;渗透侧真空度在一定范围(0~0.04,MPa)内升高,膜通量和造水比均随之增大,超过这一范围后,继续增大真空度,膜通量仍增大,造水比则出现下降趋势.实验过程中产水电导率始终保持在30,μs/cm以下,得到的最大膜通量和造水比分别为16.38,kg/(m^2·h)和3.22,远高于同类型的其他气隙式膜组件.Air gap membrane distillation has many advantages such as high thermal efficiency and strong technical adaptability,but the existence of air gap will also increase the mass transfer resistance,which leads to low permeate flux.Due to the negative pressure applied at the permeate side,vacuum membrane distillation has a higher permeate flux.A novel spiral-wound air-gap membrane distillation(SW-AGMD)module,combining the characteristics of flat PTFE membrane and modified PVDF heat-exchanger hollow fibers,was designed and loaded with the negative pressure at the permeate side.The influences of the module parameters and the operating conditions on the desalination performance were systematically studied with 3.5%(mass fraction)sodium chloride feed solution.The results show that the permeate flux(JD)and gained output ratio(GOR)during the desalination process can improve effectively when increasing the membrane average pore size.When increasing the effective length of the module,JD decreases but GOR increases.The feed flow rate and temperature have dramatic influences on the JD and GOR values.Both JD and GOR values rise up when the permeable side vacuum(pV)is improved(pV≤0.04 MPa).However,when the vacuum pressure is over 0.04 MPa,JD value continues to increase while GOR value tends to fall.The conductivity of the permeate water was kept below 30μs/cm during the whole experiment process.The maximum JD and GOR values achieved were 16.38 kg/(m2·h)and 3.22 respectively,which were much higher than other air gap membrane distillation modules with the same style as reported.
