摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环管理模式下消毒供应中心灭菌器灭菌影响因素与灭菌效果的关联性。方法回顾分析2016年1—6月消毒供应中心手术器械与手术敷料在灭菌过程中存在的问题及原因,针对存在的情况于2016年7—12月开展PDCA循环管理,进而比较两阶段手术器械与手术敷料的灭菌合格率及湿包发生情况。结果采用PDCA循环管理模式可有效提高消毒供应中心灭菌器的灭菌合格率,研究可见灭菌合格率由87.85%提高到97.52%;灭菌后的湿包发生率由13.93%降低到0.76%。结论采用PDCA循环管理模式可促进各项工作规范化,实施科学化管理可提高灭菌器灭菌合格率,降低消毒供应中心的灭菌物品湿包率,获取高质量的灭菌效果,降低医院院内感染事件的发生,提高临床满意度。Objective To study the relationship of sterilization influencing factors of sterilizer with sterilizing effect under PDCA management mode in sterilizing supply center.Methods The existing problems and reasons in the sterilization process of surgical instruments and surgical dressings in the sterilizing supply center from January to June in 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The existing problems were subject to the PDCA management mode during July to December in 2016.The eligible sterilization rate of surgical instruments and surgical dressings and the incidence of wet packs were compared before and after PDCA management.Results PDCA management mode could effectively increase the eligible sterilization rate of sterilizers in the sterilizing supply center from 87.85%to 97.52%and the incidence of wet packs after sterilization decreased from 13.93%to 0.76%.Conclusions PDCA management mode can promote the standardization of staff work and scientific management,increase the eligible sterilization rate of sterilizers,reduce the incidence of wet packs in sterilizing supply center.It can achieve the high-quality sterilization effect,lower the incidence of nosocomial infection,and improve clinical satisfaction.
