我国早期图书馆章程对近代书院藏书制度之继承与发扬

摘　　要：通过对我国近代图书馆所颁布的九部章程的文本分析,笔者发现在我国近代图书馆彻底转型为西方式的现代图书馆之前,有一段向近代书院藏书制度学习的短暂却非常重要的时期。深入剖析这些章程中的条款,可以肯定其与近代书院藏书制度存在明显的继承与发扬关系,厘清这种关系,可以更客观地还原我国近代图书馆诞生、发展的历史场景,有助于当今公共图书馆弘扬中华优秀传统文化,也为"图书馆+书院"的研究及实践提供历史理论来源。Through the analysis of the text of the nine regulations of the early library of China,the author found that before the transformation of modern libraries into western modern libraries in modern China,there was a brief but very important period to learn from the collection system of modern academies.In depth analysis of the articles in these regulations,it can be affirmed that there is a clear inheritance and development relationship with the book collection system in modern academies.Clarifying the relationship between the two can restore the historical scene of the birth and development of our modern library objectively,help today’s public library to carry forward the Chinese excellent traditional culture,and also provide a historical theoretical source for the research and practice of“library+academy”.
