全面提高医保公共服务质量的思考

摘　　要：医保公共服务属于基本公共服务。提高医保公共服务质量就要进一步提高医保公共服务的公平性、保障性、可及性、便捷性,实现均等化。本文在梳理医保公共服务内涵的基础上,着重分析了全面提高医保公共服务质量所面临的挑战,提出了完善制度政策、深化医保治理、助力医疗改革、建立统一平台等相应的对策建议,强调了实现理念创新的重要性。The medical insurance public service belongs to the basic public service.To improve the quality of medical service,we must further improve the fairness,security,accessibility and convenience of medical insurance,and achieve equalization.On the basis of combing the connotation of medical insurance public service,this paper emphatically analyzes the challenges facing the overall improvement of the quality of medical insurance public service,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,such as perfecting the system policy,deepening medical insurance management,helping medical reform and establishing a unifi ed platform and so on.The importance of realizing concept innovation is emphasized.
