木麒麟对佐剂性关节炎大鼠足肿胀的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究木麒麟对佐剂性关节炎(Adjuvant arthritis,AA)大鼠足肿胀的影响。方法:将50只SD大鼠随机分成5组,即空白组、模型组、阳性对照组和木麒麟高、低剂量组。除空白组外,其余各组用弗氏完全佐剂(Freund’s complete adjuvant,CFA)诱导建立AA大鼠模型,造模第17天进行药物外敷浸泡治疗,量取各组给药前后的足跖及足关节直径,观察其肿胀度。结果:与模型组相比,木麒麟高剂量组和阳性对照组的足跖、足关节肿胀度减轻(P<0.05)。结论:木麒麟对佐剂性关节炎大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用。Objective:To study paw swelling effects of Pereskiaaculeate Miller on adjuvant arthritis(AA)in rats.Methods:50 spraguedawley rats were stochastic divided into five groups:blank group,model group,positive control group high and low dose group of Pereskia Aculeate Miller.Except the blank group,a rat model of AA induced by other groups using Freund’s complete adjuvant(CFA),after seventeenth days of medicine soaking treatment.Then they were given the amount of foot and podarthrumdiameter before and after treatment,and to observe the degree of swelling.Results:Compared with the model group,the foot and podarthrum swelling degree of the high dose group was reduced(P<0.05).Conclusions:Pereskia aculeate Miller has remarkable inhibitory effect on adjuvant arthritis of rats.
