摘　　要：我国要实现"中国梦"的伟大复兴,必须由制造大国向制造强国转变,这需要大量具有"工匠精神"的人才来推动,而这种精神的培养不是一蹴而就的,首先在于教师自我精神的转变及内化吸收,再将其贯穿应用于本科教育的每一环节,尤其是工科类专业的课程教学。本文以盐城工学院汽车类专业课程"汽车排气污染与控制"的教学活动为例,探讨教师自身"工匠精神"的培养及其在课程教学中的应用。To realize the great revival of Chinese dream,our country must transform from a big manufacturing nation to a manufacturing power,which requires a large number of talents with artisan spirit to push forward.The cultivation of the spirit is not achieved overnight.First,it lies in the transformation and internalization of the self-spirit of teachers,and then it applies to every link of the undergraduate education,especially for the course teaching of the engineering major.Taking the teaching activities of automotive exhaust pollution and control in Yancheng Institute of Technology as an example,this paper discusses the training of the teacher’s own artisan spirit and its application in the course teaching.
