摘 要:^(14)C作为示踪剂,具有方法简单、易于追踪、毒性小、准确性和灵敏性高等特点,广泛地应用在疾病诊断、新药开发、化学、环境保护等领域。本文介绍了^(14)C的应用情况、市场需求和供应情况。中国核动力研究设计院在国内首次建立了^(14)C干法提取制备工艺,制备出了高比活度Ba^(14)CO_3产品,打破了国外对高比活度^(14)C核素供应的垄断,可缓解国内^(14)C紧缺状态,带动相关领域发展,具有显著的经济和社会效益。With the characteristics of easiness to use and track,low toxicity,high precision and sensitivity,14C has been widely used as tracer for the diagnosis of diseases,drug development,chemistry,environmental protection etc.In here,we discussed its applications,market demands and supplies.Nuclear Power institute of China for the first time has established the dry extraction process of 14C in China and prepared Ba^14CO3 with high specific activity.This broke up the control of 14C radionuclide with high specific activity by foreign monopolies,also,it will alleviate the shortage of 14C in China and promote the development of related fields.All in all,it will have significant positive economic and social effects.
