摘　　要：在建设工程代建项目中,建设单位与代建单位之间存在信息不对称,"代建合同"作为约束代建单位行为的法律依据应该得到良好的管理,因此本文提出从投资控制、权责划分、约束与激励三方面着手进行管理,确保代建项目的良好实施。In agent-construction projects,there exists information asymmetry between the construction unit and agent-construction organization.Agent-construction contract ought to be made to regulate the agent-construction organization’s behavior.Therefore,this article puts forward investment control,division of responsibility and authority,constraint and incentive mechanism to ensure the implementation of the construction project.
