摘　　要：黄炎培倡导学生的个性发展与创新精神、注重学生职业能力和创业能力的培养、推行"社会化、科学化、平民化"的办学理念。在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,借鉴黄炎培职业教育思想,对从树立创新创业教育价值观、优化课程体系、健全教育管理机制、创造创新创业实践条件等维度推动创新创业教育向纵深发展具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。Huang Yan-pei proposed that students should develop their individuality and spirit of innovation,carried out the theory of school management as“socialization,scientificorientation and popularization”,and focused on cultivating students’vocational ability and entrepreneurial ability.In the context of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,we should use Huang’s vocational education concept as reference to establish the new vocational education concept,optimize the curriculum system,improve educational management system and create the practice opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
