摘  要:从目前我国市场上消费金融产品信息披露的现状来看,消费者的知情权并未真正得到实现。为此,当从以下三个维度构建消费金融产品的信息披露规则体系:以产品类型化为基础的横向架构,满足不同类型产品对信息披露规则的不同需求;由法定化的披露项目及标准化的披露要求组成的纵向架构,最大程度地保障信息披露内容的准确性与可比较性;以信息披露的特定时间点或时间段为线索的时间架构,实现信息披露的适时性与持续性。From the view of current situation of information disclosure of consumer finance product in China’s market,consumer’s right to know has not really been realized.To solve the problem,the system of information disclosure rules should be constructed from the following three dimensions:the horizontal framework based on the categorization of product should meet the different requirements of the rule of information disclosure for different types of products;the vertical framework organized by the legalized disclosure items and standardized disclosure requirements should ensure the accuracy and comparability of the contents of information disclosure to the greatest extent;the temporal framework taking the specific time point or time period of information disclosure as the clue should realize the timeliness and continuity of information disclosure.
