自拟中药方剂对糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征患者所致不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药方剂对糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征患者所致不良反应的影响。方法:180例原发性肾病综合征患者均给予足量糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗,按照是否加用自拟中药方剂治疗分为两组,未加用自拟中药方剂治疗为对照组90例,加用自拟中药方剂治疗为观察组90例,比较两组患者治疗2个月及6个月时口干咽燥、满月脸、水牛背、精神兴奋、痤疮、消化道溃疡、感染、血糖异常等不良反应的发生率。结果:观察组口干咽燥、满月脸、水牛背、精神兴奋、痤疮、消化道溃疡、感染、血糖异常等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药方剂可有效降低糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征患者所致不良反应发生。Objective:To observe effects of self-matched Chinese medicine on adverse reactions induced by glucocorticoids in treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods:180 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome patients were divided into control group(n=90)and observation group(n=90)according whether the self-matched Chinese medicine was added or not.All the patients were given sufficient glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents.Besides,the observation group was given the self-matched Chinese medicine,while the control group was used nothing.2 and 6 months after the treatment,the rates of dry mouth and throat,full moon face,buffalo hump,mental excitement,acne,gastrointestinal ulcers,infection,and abnormal plasma glucose were compared between the two groups.Results:The rates of dry mouth and throat,full moon face,buffalo hump,mental excitement,acne,gastrointestinal ulcers,infection,and abnormal plasma glucose of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-matched traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the incidences of the adverse reactions induced by glucocorticoids in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.
