空腹静脉血标本放置时间不同对其常规生化检验结果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究并分析不同空腹静脉血标本放置时间对常规生化检验结果的影响。方法选择2016年4月-2018年4月间于本院进行血液检验的64例住院患者作为研究对象,并将采集到的血液标本在采集后的1 h、3 h、6 h进行检验,并对比检验结果。结果与采血1 h时相比,结果显示3 h后血糖指标会有明显上升(P<0.05),6 h后总蛋白、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、丙谷转氨酶、尿素氮水平与1 h比较也有明显差异(P<0.05)。3 h、6 h时三酰甘油、总胆固醇等指标与1 h的对比则均未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论不同空腹静脉血标本放置时间会对常规生化检验结果产生明显影响,为确保检验结果的准确性应在标本采集后尽快进行生化检验。Objective To study and analyze the effect of different fasting venous blood sample storage time on routine biochemical test results.Methods The 64 hospitalized patients with blood test in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and the collected blood samples were tested at 1 h,3 h and 6 h after collection,and the results were compared.Results Compared with blood sampling at 1 h,the results showed that the glycemic index increased significantly after 3 h(P<0.05).After 6 h,the total protein,glutamine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,alanine aminotransferase,and urea nitrogen level were also significantly different from those of 1 h.There was no significant difference in triacylglycerol and total cholesterol between 6 h and 1 h(P>0.05).Conclusion The results of routine biochemical examination can be significantly affected by the time of placing fasting venous blood samples.In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results,biochemical tests should be carried out as soon as possible after the collection of samples.
