特色小镇产镇融合发展问题及对策

摘　　要：产业和城镇是相伴而生,共同发展的,两者具有天然的互动关系。产镇融合发展是特色小镇建设的内在要求,特色小镇产镇融合处于探索起步阶段,还存在产业特色不优、城镇建设和服务滞后、人口城镇化困难等诸多问题,还需要从产业层面、功能和形态层面、制度层面着手去推动。The generation and development of the industry and the town is accompanied by each other,natural interaction.The development of integration of industry and town is the intrinsic requirement towns.At present,the integration of industry and town is in the exploration stage,which have many problems,such as,the industrial characteristics being not obvious,the construction and services of urban areas lagging behind,urbanization of population difficult,and so on.Therefore,it needs to be promoted from industrial,functional,structural and institutional level.
