摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下囊腔内注射生物蛋白胶(FG)治疗腘窝囊肿的疗效及安全性。方法 2014-02—2016-10间,采用20G穿刺针在超声引导下对25例腘窝囊肿患者行囊肿穿刺抽吸后囊腔内注射医用生物蛋白胶。定期随访,依据疗效评定标准观察其疗效。结果 25例患者均顺利完成注射,FG注射量5~14 m L,平均7.3 m L。无并发症发生。随访时间15~26个月,平均18.2个月。失访2例。依据疗效评定标准,优5例,良15例,可1例,差2例。优良率86.9%。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺囊腔内注射生物蛋白胶治疗腘窝囊肿,简单、安全、微创,效果满意。Objective To evaluate the value and safety of ultrasound-guided fibrin glue injection in treatment of popliteal cyst.Methods Twenty-five patients from February 2014 to October 2016 with popliteal cyst under ultrasound-guided fibrin glue injection were analyzed retrospectively.According to the evaluation criteria,the therapeutic effect was observed and made follow-up regularly.Results All patients have a smooth operation.Twenty-three patients were followed up and median follow up was 18.2 months(range 15 to 26 months).The median volume of fibrin glue injected into the popliteal cyst was 7.3ml(range 5 to14ml).The effect was excellent in 5 cases,good in 15 cases,common in 1 case and poor in 2 cases,with an excellent rate of 86.9%according to the evaluation criteria.Conclusion The treatment of popliteal cyst with ultrasound-guided fibrin glue injection is a simple,safe,effective,minimally invasive treatment and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
