半夏泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型反流性食管炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察半夏泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型反流性食管炎的有效性和安全性。方法随机将96例寒热错杂型反流性食管炎患者均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用半夏泻心汤治疗,对照组口服雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮治疗,总疗程8周。结果治疗组在临床疗效和胃镜分级情况方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但治疗组在症状的改善上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤能有效治疗寒热错杂型反流性食管炎,其疗效与对照组呈非劣效性,但在临床症状改善上优于对照组。Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with cold and hot miscellaneous syndromes.Methods Ninety-six patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction.The oral administration of rabeprazole and domperidone was used as a control group.The total course of treatment was 8 weeks.Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy and gastroscopy grading between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).However,the treatment group was superior to the Western medicine control group in the improvement of symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively treat reflux esophagitis with cold and hot miscellaneous syndromes.Its curative effect is non-inferior with Western medicine control group,but it is better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms.
