中西医综合治疗小儿感音神经性聋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察针灸、按摩、鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射、脑循环、听觉刺激等综合疗法治疗小儿感音神经性聋的疗效,为临床治疗小儿感音神经性聋提供有效的依据。方法收集符合标准的86例治疗组和171例对照组的患儿数据。治疗组进行针灸、按摩、鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射、脑循环、听觉刺激等综合疗法治疗,对照组进行家庭音乐疗法干预。运用听性脑干反应(ABR)和多频稳态反应(ASSR)进行治疗前后的听觉评定。结果经过治疗表明,以ABR反应阈值为评估标准,治疗组疗效高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);以ASSR反应阈值为评估标准,两组4 kHz中,治疗组疗效高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组0.5 kHz、1 kHz、2 kHz差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸按摩等综合疗法治疗小儿感音神经性聋疗效优于单纯家庭音乐疗法。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture,massage,intramuscular injection of nerve growth factor(NGF),cerebral circulation and auditory stimulation on the treatment of sensorineural deafness in children and provide an effective basis for clinical treatment of sensorineural hearing loss in children.Methods Data of 86 eligible children and 171 control subjects were collected.The treatment group was treated with comprehensive therapy,and the control group was treated with home music therapy.Hearing assessment was done before and after treatment with auditory brainstem response(ABR)and auditory steady-state response(ASSR).Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group according to the ABR threshold(P<0.05);In the group of ASSR reaction threshold,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups at 0.5 kHz,1 kHz,2 kHz(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined therapy is more effective than simple home music therapy in the treatment of children with sensorineural hearing loss.
