加味导赤散联合三氧橄榄油治疗普通型手足口病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药加味导赤散内服联合三氧橄榄油外用治疗普通型手足口病的临床效果。方法收集我院2015年1月—2017年9月收治的手足口病患儿90例,按照随机数字表法将患儿随机分为对照组及观察组,每组45例。对照组给予西药利巴韦林治疗,观察组给予中药加味导赤散结合三氧橄榄油治疗。通过记录、分析治疗前后患儿体温、口腔溃疡愈合、皮疹完全消退时间及总疗程情况,分析两种治疗方法的疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组的热退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、皮疹消退时间、总病程明显缩短。观察组的总有效率也高于对照组。结论中药加味导赤散内服联合三氧橄榄油外用治疗普通型手足口病具有较好疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Daochi powder with 3 oxygen olive oil on common hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 90 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease patients from January 2015 to September 2017 of our hospital were collected.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases for each group.The control group was treated with western medicine ribavirin,and the observation group was treated with a combination of Chinese traditional herbs Daochi powder with 3 oxygen olive oil.The effects of two treatments were analyzed by recording,analyzing the temperature of the children before and after treatment,the healing of oral ulcer,the complete regression of the rash and total course of treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the heat withdrawal time,the healing of mouth ulcer time,the regression of the skin rash time and the total course of disease were significantly shorter.The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion It is effective to treat common type hand-foot-mouth disease with the combination of Chinese traditional herbs and 3-oxygen olive oil.
