摘　　要：癌痛患者阿片类药物相关性便秘(opioid-induced constipation,OIC)是癌痛患者应用阿片类镇痛药的主要副作用之一,发病率高,持续时间长,常伴随阿片类药物使用全过程,然而OIC不同于一般的便秘,其是在癌症病躯、癌痛病苦基础上,阿片类药物介入后发生的,多为中晚期癌症患者,中医病机复杂,从内因与外因关系辨证认识,癌痛患者OIC病机显著特点为本虚标实,正虚邪结,整体阴阳失调,临床表现为虚实并见,寒热错杂,燥湿相混等复杂情形。Opioid-induced constipation(OIC)is one of the main side effects of opioid analgesics in cancer patients.It has a high incidence and a long duration,and is often accompanied by the whole process of opioid-induced constipation use.However,OIC is different from general constipation.It is based on the cancer body and cancer pain,and mostly occurs after opioid-induced constipation intervention.The pathogenesis of TCM is complex.From the dialectical understanding of the relationship between internal and external causes,the OIC pathogenesis of cancer patients is characterized by virtual reality,positive and negative evil knot,overall imbalance of yin and yang,and the clinical manifestations are virtual and visible.
