中药熏洗加红宝膏外用治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏洗加红宝膏治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为中药熏洗加红宝膏外用治疗组和锐迈对照组,均连续治疗4周,观察治疗前后的关节压痛积分、VAS评分、Lysholm评分变化。结果中药熏洗加红宝膏外用治疗组的关节压痛积分、VAS评分、Lysholm评分改善情况优于锐迈对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗加红宝膏外用治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切。Objective TTo observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing combined with external application Hongbao ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups including group of external treatment with Chinese medicine fumigating and washing combined with Hongbao ointment and Ruimai control group.After 4 weeks'treatment,the changes of joint tenderness integral,VAS score and Lysholm score before and after treatment were observed.Results The improvement situation of joint tenderness integral,VAS score and Lysholm score in the group of external treatment with Chinese medicine fumigating and washing combined with Hongbao ointment is better than that in the Ruimai control group.Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing combined with Hongbao ointment on knee osteoarthritis treatment is definite.
