摘　　要：目的观察清脂汤对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的影响。方法将入选的60例血脂代谢异常患者随机分为治疗组(30例),对照组(30例)。治疗组予以生活方式干预加口服清脂汤治疗。对照组单纯予以生活方式干预。经过3个月治疗后观察2组的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,高于对照组63.3%(P<0.05)。结论清脂汤具有较显著的调节血脂的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Qingzhi decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.Methods 60 patients with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group received lifestyle intervention and oral Qingzhi decoction.The control group received lifestyle intervention.After 3 months,the curative effect and adverse reaction were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%which was higher than 63.3%of the control group.Conclusion Qingzhi decoction has a significant effect on regulating blood lipid.
