摘　　要：目的分析探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及对患者血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的影响。方法经数字随机原则将80例膝骨关节炎患者分成2组,对照组40例患者选择盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,试验组40例患者则选择盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗,观察分析2组患者的临床疗效和血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果 2组患者治疗后的Lequesne评分和血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎能取得令人满意的疗效,而且能显著改善患者的血清IL-1、IL-6、TN F-α水平,具有临床应用和推广价值。Objective To investigate the curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with Jinwu Gutong capsule on knee osteoarthritis and its effect on serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α.Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups according to the random number principle.Forty patients in the control group were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride.Forty patients in the experimental group were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride and Jinwu Gutang capsules.The clinical efficacy of patients and serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αlevel were observed.Results Lequesne score,serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in both groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with Jinwu Gutong capsule can achieve satisfactory results,significantly improve serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αlevels,and has clinical application and promotion value.
