摘　　要：目的研究杨氏3+特色疗法"椎五针"治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的后循环缺血病患者87例,按就诊时间、就诊顺序编号0~87,电脑对应生成随机序号,分为杨氏3+治疗组和针灸联合推拿按摩组,观察2组治疗1个疗程后的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.2%,对照组总有效率81.4%;2组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3+疗法"椎五针"治疗后循环缺血性眩晕效果明显优于针灸联合推拿按摩,埋线针刀疗法临床操作性强,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yang's 3A+therapy at"zhuiwuzhen"in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods 87 cases of patients with posterior circulation ischemia sufferings in time,sequential Numbers 0-87,corresponding computer generated random number were divided into Yang's 3A+treatment group and acupuncture combined with massage group.Its curative effect after a period of treatment was observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.4%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Yang's 3A+therapy at"zhuiwuzhen"in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo is obviously better than acupuncture combined massage on effect,it is easy to operate,and is worthy of clinical application.
