摘 要:金属板作为天棚吊顶材料被广泛用于公共建筑,其传统安装方法受各工序和相互制约因素影响大.本文通过广深港高速铁路深圳福田站的天棚安装施工,阐述了金属板天棚采用全过程数字化控制及安装施工技术.该工程采用创新的数字化龙骨系统、数字坐标定位定向及各类定位定向快速接头技术进行金属板天棚的全过程控制,使得金属板天棚系统结构简洁,安装工艺简化,实现了任意单块金属板安装精确快速定位,并利用精确等距控制的方法实现了整个金属板天棚数字化结构控制安装施工.The canopy of Shenzhen Futian Station of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link is composed of different types and specifications of metal plates,using the digital control and installation technology of the whole process of metal sheet ceiling.The traditional installation method of the metal sheet ceiling is influenced greatly by various processes and mutual constraints,so the digital keel system and the digital coordinates are installed.The positioning and orientation technology and all kinds of positioning and the directional fast joints are controlled in the whole process of the metal sheet ceiling,which makes the installation process of the metal sheet ceiling simplified,and can realize the accurate and rapid positioning of any single piece of metal plate.The system structure is concise and the exact equidistance control method is fully utilized to realize the digital structure of the whole metal plate canopy control and installation.
