摘　　要：感冒虽然是小疾,却是"万病之源",临床医师多不认、不辨、不治,导致其迁延不愈而诱发或加重它疾;王檀从事中医内科呼吸病的教学、临床及科研工作多年,总结其临床实践经验,治疗感冒为"三因"辨证,所谓三因辨证,就是"因人、因时、因地"辨证,三者结合,综合临床症状进行综合辨证施治,临证多效如桴鼓。Although the cold is a minor disease,it is the"source of all diseases",many clinicians do not recognize,do not distinguish,do not treat,resulting in its prolonged and not heal and induce or aggravate it.Professor Wangtan,who has been engaged in the teaching,clinical and scientific research of respiratory diseases in the Chinese medicine for many years,summed up his clinical experience and summarized the treatment of the cold as the"three causes"syndrome differentiation,the so-called"human,time and place"syndrome differentiation,the combination of the three,the comprehensive clinical symptoms of syndromic treatment,temporary multi-effect floating drum.
