摘　　要：目的观察参芪平喘颗粒治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法将40例慢性肺源性心脏病且中医辨证属痰浊阻肺证的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(每组各20例)。观察2组患者治疗前、后血WBC、NEU、CRP、BNP及m MRC评分、6 min步行距离(6MWT)、肺功能(FEV1、FVC、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC)的变化情况。结果治疗组在WBC、NEU、CRP、BNP以及m MRC评分、6MWT方面较对照组均有显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善FEV1、FEV1%方面较对照组具有统计学差异。结论参芪平喘颗粒具有益气健脾、化痰逐瘀的功效,用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发的肺心病且中医辨证属痰浊阻肺证的患者,能够减轻炎症反应,改善心功能,缓解患者症状,提高运动耐量,对肺功能具有一定的改善作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Pingchuan granule in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 40 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease(phlegm obstruction syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(with 20 cases in each group).The changes of WBC,NEU,CRP,BNP,mMRC,6MWT and lung function(FEV1,FVC,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results The scores of WBC,NEU,CRP,BNP,mMRC and 6MWT in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,there was a statistical difference in the improvement of FEV1 and FEV1%comparing with the control group.Conclusion Shenqi Pingchuan granule has the effect of invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,eliminating phlegm and removing stasis.It's used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with cor pulmonale,and TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to phlegm turbidity blocking lung syndrome.It can reduce inflammatory reaction,improve cardiac function,relieve symptoms,increase exercise tolerance and improve lung function.
