苦参注射液联合扶正抗癌类中药治疗晚期肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用复方苦参注射液联合扶正抗癌类中药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月于我院肿瘤科就诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者50例,采用电脑随机分组的方法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采用扶正抗癌类中药口服,试验组25例,在对照组的基础上应用复方苦参注射液静点,观察2组患者的疾病控制率及中医证候积分。结果 2组患者的疾病控制率及中医证候积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合扶正抗癌类中药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者效果良好,可以推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Sophora flavescens injection combined with anti-cancer Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018 in oncology department of our hospital,50 cases of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the method of computer randomization.25 cases in the control group used strengthening the body resistance anticancer Chinese medicine.25 cases in experimental group used compound Sophora flavescens injection intravenously based on the control group.The disease control rate(OCR)and TCM syndrome score were observed.Results The OCR and TCM syndromes score of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Sophora flavescens injection combined with strengthening the body resistance anticancer Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and can be widely used.
