摘　　要：目的观察杨氏3+疗法"胃五针"治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将95例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组47例,其中治疗组采用胃五针治疗,对照组采用口服药物治疗。结果治疗组治愈31例,总有效率97.9%,对照组治愈15例,总有效率78.7%;2组疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论胃五针治疗功能性消化不良效果明显优于口服药物治疗,值得临床借鉴和推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang's 3+therapy at"weiwuzhen"and embedding thread in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 95 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into observation group of 48 cases and control group of 47cases.The treatment group was treated with weiwuzhen,and the control group was treated with oral medicine.Results In the treatment group,31 cases were cured,and the total effective rate was 97.9%.In the control group,15 cases were cured,and the total effective rate was 78.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the Yang's 3A+therapy on the treatment of functional dyspepsia is better than that of oral medicine,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
