盆底肌训练联合中药熨烫干预中风排尿障碍患者的护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察盆底肌训练联合中药熨烫温肾固元方对中风排尿障碍患者的护理效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月我院脑病科收治的中风并排尿障碍的患者50例,采用随机数字分组法将纳入患者分为试验组和对照组各25例,对照组予以常规神经内科常规护理方法联合温肾固元方中药熨烫,试验组在对照组的基础上应用盆底肌训练,采用中医病症诊疗标准和排尿积分观察比较2组患者的治疗有效率。结果试验组患者护理干预后效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌训练联合中药温肾固元方熨烫对中风排尿障碍患者安全有效,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To observe the nursing effect of pelvic floor muscle training combined with Chinese medicine ironing Wenshen Guyuan prescription on stroke patients with stroke dysuria.Methods 50 patients with stroke dysuria admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into experiment of 25 cases and control group of 25 cases.The control group was given routine nursing method of conventional neurology combined with Wenshen Guyuan prescription ironing.The experimental group applied pelvic floor muscle training on the basis of the control group.The diagnosis and treatment standard and micturition score were used to observe the effective rate of treatment in the two groups.Results The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle training combined with Chinese medicine Wenshen Guyuan prescription ironing is effective for stroke dysuria.
