中医护理干预对心肌梗死患者便秘及焦虑的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究与分析中医护理干预对心肌梗死患者便秘及焦虑的影响。方法选取我院收治的50例心肌梗死患者为对象进行研究,根据不同护理措施将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。采取常规措施护理对照组,观察组在此基础上采取中医护理干预。比较2组护理前后焦虑评分变化以及护理后首次排便时间、便秘情况以及住院时间等。结果 2组护理前焦虑评分对比无显著差异,P>0.05;而护理后观察组焦虑评分与对照组相比显著降低,且P<0.05。观察组便秘改善有效率为96.0%(24/25)与对照组80.0%(20/25)相比显著较高,且P<0.05。而观察组首次排便及住院时间等与对照组相比均显著较短,且P<0.05。结论针对心肌梗死患者实施中医护理干预可显著改善其焦虑心理和便秘情况,且能有效缩短其住院时间,从而促使其病情更快康复,因此值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on constipation and anxiety in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 50 patients with myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were studied.According to different nursing measures,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,and each group had 25 cases.The normal measures were taken to nursing the control group,and on this basis,the observation group took traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The changes of anxiety scores before and after nursing were compared in the two groups,and the time of first defecation,constipation and the time of hospitalization after nursing were compared.Results There was no significant difference in anxiety score before nursing in the two groups P>0.05,and the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing P<0.05.The effective rate of constipation improvement in the observation group was 96%(24/25)which was significantly higher than 80%(20/25)of the control group P<0.05.The first defecation and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of TCM nursing intervention for patients with myocardial infarction can significantly improve their anxiety and constipation,and can effectively shorten their hospitalization time,so as to prompt their recovery faster,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
