摘　　要：正气虚弱是恶性肿瘤发生的首要原因,并且与肿瘤的发展和转归有明确关系。临床以补虚扶正为法运用扶正类中药能够取得显著疗效。另外,除了改善患者体质、增强抵御病邪能力的作用,某些扶正类中药还具有直接杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用,如抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导分化、促进凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成和逆转肿瘤细胞耐药等。Deficiency of vital qi is the primary cause of malignant tumor,and it has a clear relationship with the development and prognosis of tumor.In the course of treatment,the clinical use of some strengthening the body resistance Chinese herbs,whose main function is to help vital qi,can achieve significant effect.In addition,besides the effect of improving the patient's physique and enhancing the ability to resist the disease,those herbs also have the effect of killing the tumor cells directly,such as inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing cell differentiation,promoting cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and reversing tumor cell resistance.
